GFS/SMA includes functions of a console automation product, allowing you to create triggers based on various system events. It also automatically identifies and segregates workloads and their respective CPU consumption with appropriate evidence for monitoring and audit purposes. This enables more effective control of monthly costs associated with IBM z/OS software.

In order to achieve the best performance and lowest possible overhead, the product was developed entirely in Assembler, using latest generation z/OS facilities, such as 64 bit Architecture, XCF, VSAM RLS, etc.
